Since 1993, Dana Young has been a passionate change agent in the corporate training and consulting world. She is known for her dynamic, authentic, motivating, humorous and inspiring speaking style. Dana brings a variety of training topics to the corporate world using experiential role play that allows participants to learn and apply techniques the very same day.

Dana understands the role of an HR Business Partner and specialized in the area of Employee Champion Programs. She served on the Procter & Gamble, Walmart Global Customer Development Team from 1996-2005. Her focus was on Performance & Development Training, New Hire Onboarding, Team Culture, HR Work Processes and Staffing.

Dana has delivered career workshops which include: Performance Development & Training; Corporate Staffing; Sales Techniques; Customer Service; and Employee Insights.
